    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it for the simple fact that it helps you understand the mechanics of the body and how it moves. Moreover, it teaches that all movements of the body are connected in one way or another via the kinetic chain.

    Course highlights:

One of the main things I took away from this course is how the kinetic chain works and ways in which trainers and therapists can help correct these issues.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Besides the obvious of not skipping, make sure that you take time as soon as possible to look over notes as soon as you can when the day is over. It helps remember the key points discussed (in which case, some things you may have forgot to right but that's why you have a study buddy right!?).
