Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class for freshman students who rather start off in a business class without having to take Calculus 1.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was that it was a small class and professor that was very one-on-one. I learned how to apply calculus to the business world and where I would have to use these techniques in my upcoming classes and/or professional career.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I recommend doing all the homework, quizzes, and practice tests multiple times over and over again. In class, my professor did maybe 2 example everytime we learned new material, so doing the extra practice was beneficial by helping understand the work, but also giving extra bonus points because of the excessive practice. Also, never miss this class because you learn new material every class meeting.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is required for Business majors, but try to get another teacher. I can't say that Mr. Azlin was a bad teacher because he wasn't, but he wasn't very nice either. I never had a problem with him, but I also never asked questions. He had a bad attitude, but pretty easy class.

    Course highlights:

The class is easy. He also drops the lowest quiz grade & if he is in a good mood, he will drop two.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the bus to the JAC. You will get a ticket if you drive because parking is for commuter or park & ride decals. Even if you park at JcPenny, you will get a ticket!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is a fairly easy course, and most all of the professors are very personable and understanding because that are mostly graduate students.

    Course highlights:

I learned general calculus skills such as finding derivatives and antiderivatives and how those apply to real life scenarios.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do the online homework and practice on your own.
