    Stay on top of all of your work. The class goes by quickly.

    Course Overview:

    A great class that provides a lot of useful information.

    Course highlights:

    I learned dietary recommendations, nutrition assessment, diagnosis, interventions, monitoring and evaluation.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I suggest studying a little of the material each day. It makes it easier to remember. I would try to apply the information to real life situations. It was helpful to retain the information.

    Course Overview:

    It was totally required to know all about the body's need for foods, including the chemistry of digestion, metabolism and nutritive requirements of the body during the life cycle .

    Course highlights:

    The highlights were intakes, goals, dri reports, and managing the carbs you take in daily.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do all assignments daily. Take notes, participate in all group discussions, and never be late on an assignment. Your grade drops drastically.
