Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it allows students to absorb knowledge about health and practical information about the human body. This can help with general well being and athletic performance.

    Course highlights:

I learned body systems such as the ATP - PC system, Glycolysis, Beta Oxidation, and the Krebs Cycle, which was helpful to understanding how the body adapts to exercise. Most of the interesting parts about the course was seeing where you fit into the information; this can be figuring out what muscle type you are, how to train, and more about health and exercise.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are somewhat interested in the human body and exercise, because the more you enjoy it, the easier the information is to understand.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is not an easy course, but it is worth it! It is also required for most Kinesiology majors.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot from Exercise Physiology, some was a review from Anatomy and Physiology but it allowed you to see more of why everything worked together.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study! Study! Study! Study the night before to be prepared for any quiz you may have and ask questions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I believe everyone should know how the human body function. Knowing how the body function will help people to be more careful with how they treat their body.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course Exercise physiology was about how the body function chemically. I learned how to increase a person's performance by how a person exercise, eat, and drink.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to students is to study using course hero and to apply what has been taught to them everyday. Doing so, they will be available to understand the material much more clear without having trouble learning the lecture material.
