    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend that every business major take Personal Finance. However, because there are a lot of things discussed that is needed to know how to handle finance. Construct long term and short term financial goals. Insurance is one of the most important things that people really don't understand. Until they learn what each term means and how it is applied. Identify the types of coverage provided by homeowners and automobile insurance policies.

    Course highlights:

    By taking this course I learned a lot of information about things that I have to deal with around my family. One in particular is Insurance. Insurance is very important to have. Knowing which policy fits your need. I also learned how to recognize the rewards of sound financial planning. I learned how to analyze a personal budget.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Stay focused on your goal! Sometimes you might feel like you have give out, but never give up. Read every chance you get when taking this course. Also working problems in class and outside of class gives you practice.
