    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Amazing class. This class is vital to a nursing career. The material is difficult but such an interesting class. The information in this course will be used throughout my nursing career. The class is fast paced but will hope any persons interest.

    Course highlights:

    This class will go over material needed for students to become great nurses. This course requires time management, discipline and much time for reading. This class goes over the disease process throughout the body. The professors break things down and creates a foundation that will continue to grow throughout my nursing career.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read all the material and go over the notes. The power point presentations should be used as a supplement to reading. As a student you must read the information and connect the dots with additional material.

    It is a good foundation to build upon as all courses following this build upon this basic foundation of information and will hepl make future information understandable.

    Course highlights:

    You are able to understand at the primary level how the body works and what to look for when things go wrong.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be prepared to study and study again. There will be some concepts that you won't be able to understand so seek help often and early.
