    Course Overview:

    This course teaches the students all about health and wellness not only for oneself but also health promotion to the community!

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of the course was learning the statistics of our health based off of our heritage and culture. Also, I learned about the site, Healthy People 2020 in which teaches and gives helpful information to readers about many different types of health problems and diseases.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    You have to read the textbook! Reading is key in this course as well as being an active participate in online discussions!

    The professor is absolutely amazing and so dedicated to her student and the success of every person in her class!

    Course highlights:

    How to work with others and know that in stressful situations you need the people around you to get through it all.

    This course is like the second chapter to your nursing classes. you must be prepared for anything.

    Course highlights:

    This class was very informative regarding ethics, behavior( professional/personal) as a nurse, different types of insurances, and growth development .

    9-11 hours

    Please be aware that this is not jusy an easy class. You must read in order to retain the information.
