    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it laid the foundation for learning about nursing research and evidence based practice.

    Course highlights:

    I gained a wealth of information from this course! It taught me the basics of why research is important in nursing, how to collect pertinent data, and how to apply it for use in evidence based practice to improve patient outcomes!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read your textbook and lessons from the instructor. Participate in discussion boards and listen to others in the class. You can learn a lot from other classmates through their experiences.

    As long as you follow all of the assignment guidelines​ you should Ace this course!

    Course highlights:

    I gained insight on EBP nursing research articles, which we have never looked into in any other​ nursing course.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Start working on assignments the week before the due dates, this will decrease your stress level since all 3 assignments in this course are due back to back weeks!

    I would recommend as this course advances ones research abilities into nursing. Great professor!

    I learned how to find databases besides the ones commonly used for nursing research.

    Advice for students:

    Be prepared to research a subject and ready to find various sites other than what we commonly use as nurses.
