Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is required in all nursing programs. Professor Wolos is an incredible teacher, and has really set us up for success for the remainder of nursing school.

    Course highlights:

I love learning about the humans body, and applying the physiology to things I use in every day life. I feel prepared to move on to Pathophysiology with ease!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Print out the power point lectures and read ahead of time! Highlight things in your book that are TCOs, and always build on your knowledge, don't just data dump after a test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this online anatomy and physiology course. The course content is very structured and the discussions were helpful with the learning process. I am a single mother and have truly benefited from online courses.

    Course highlights:

The major highlight of this course for me was learning how to determine blood types. The professor aided our learning by guiding us to a website which had a blood type game. We were supposed to "save" patients by giving them the correct blood transfusion. This website provided the type of education that was successful for my learning.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Even though the tests and quizzes are open book and open note, make sure that you study the material ahead of time. Some of the questions consist of applying your knowledge of what was learned instead of just knowing basic concepts and terms.
