    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it teaches you leadership, management and the importance of working with multiple departments within the healthcare system.

    Course highlights:

I gained much respect for other healthcare treatment teams besides nursing. This course made me realize how communication with every member on the care team could result in positive outcomes with patients.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I prefer you have a real friend or family member if not yourself to talk to, that works in the healthcare field for real experience stories and tips on what is really going on in nursing. to help you understand and respond to the discussion board questions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I have not had a bad experience with any one course through Chamberlian. All of the expectations are reasonable. The classes are scheduled in a manor that allows you to slowly develop the on-line college skills that are necessary to set you up for success in the following courses.

    Course highlights:

I am only just starting this course, but given the name of the course I anticipate multiple highlights. Collaborative nursing can encompass many ancillary services and a team approach to nursing. Team work and understanding is pertinent to all that are involved in healthcare.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Experience in the nursing field is a huge advantage. Otherwise, understanding how all of the different ancillary teams can help and learning what they do. (I.e. PT vs. OT).
