Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Lila is hands down one of the best professors at the chamberlain campus in saint Louis. She wants her students to succeed and become the best nurses that they can become. She will push you to remember and can be hard at times but she does it all with good intentions because she knows what you are capable of and she knows what it means to be a wonderful nurse.

    Course highlights:

In health assessment you literally learn just that; health assessment. You will you clinical hours and lecture hours to learn how to perform a head to toe assessment on an adult. You will lean all the tips and tricks and mnemonics to remembering the order in which you perform the assessment and how to perform the assessment. She uses videos and real life stories from her experience as a nurse to make a lasting impression, so that you will never forget how to perform your assessment.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Along with reading the book, and studying the slides. Always do the interactive review questions or the evolve questions to help prepare you for NCLEX style testing. If you are in class and she says put your pencils down and just pay attention, than listen to her because most likely what she is saying she wants you to understand and know so it will more than likely be on the test.
