    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend taking this coarse with Health Assessment because they both correlate. Learning about the dieases in one class then learning what to assess for with that disease.

    Course highlights:

    This is the foundation of nursing career. I learned so much about different diseases that I thought I already knew about.

    Flash cards and YouTube videos is how you successfully pass Patho

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This class is very intense and comprehensive. The test are multiple choice by answers can be tricky. It's not a one way answer you have to apply your knowledge of the subject. Study for retention as well as comprehension is a must.

    Body organs, diseases symptoms, treatment and processes

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study 2 to 3 times a day. You other mediums like youtube practicing how to take a test and much more

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    A lot of the work is done on your own. This class is fast passed with a lot of information. You must be very disciplined and read read read your book!

    Course highlights:

    I gained knowledge as to how disease and illness occur. Through gaining this knowledge I have learned how to avoid some illnesses as well as how to treat them.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would tell students to read read read your book! Also YouTube videos from Khan academy and Dr. Woodruff helped immensely.
