Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course, because Dr. Elliott is an excellent professor. Dr. Elliott explains the meterial so that you can relate it to your own life which helps you understand and learn the material. By the end of the course I felt like I had truly learned, and did not just memorize words to get through the semester.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were when Dr. Elliott would act out, or have the class act out, the different functions of the brain that we were learning that week. By taking this course I learned how the brain functions, what the diffrent parts of the brain are and what they do, and the four major topics of psychology.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you plan on taking this course I would advise you to also go to class. Everyday there were a couple of in class assignments and if you were not present you could not make up the points. It is also important to have good attendance because Dr. Elliott explains the material in a way that is easier than the book and often very helpful on the tests. I would also recommend to always read the chapter before the test, because Dr. Elliott would not always go over everything in class that would be on the test.
