Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it improves your problem solving skills and it forces you to look at the world from a scientific aspect. Once you gain certain knowledge from this course you will not look at the smallest things the same. When you smell something foul in the air you will actually think about what different gases were mixed to form that smell versus, "ew! gross! that smell is disgusting!"

    Course highlights:

I learned the all the elements and you will never know when that will come in handy! And I also learned how to use my math skills in real world situations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course you have to study it at least thirty minutes outside of class every single day.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I learned the concepts and terms well with memorizing them in the textbook, and applying what I had learned in the labs. The teacher's genuine excitement and love for chemistry made the lectures more interesting and enjoyable.

    Course highlights:

I learned the fundamentals of chemistry and memorized the Periodic table of elements. This course focused on applying our knowledge of the periodic table to real-life mathematic problems.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make flash cards to memorize the periodic table of elements, and review them daily. Also, take lots of notes in class.
