Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Every assignment is posted before you even begin the course, allowing you to work at your own pace. Students and the professor are readily available and willing to answer questions and help solve problems. Even though it's an online course, students are pushed to be involved and to communicate with the instructor and other students. The course is made much more simple than it could be thanks to communication and several resources that are available.

    Course highlights:

This course greatly increased my understanding of algebra. I learned many more math terms and I learned how to better solve problems on my own without heavily relying on other students and the instructor. I think the highlight of the course was the communication. There wasn't so much communication that students relied on each other's work, but there was enough communication that students could easily get help if they needed it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Even though this is an online class, be cautious of relying too heavily on the internet. You will have to eventually learn all of the information provided so it's much easier to do your best from the start and just learn what you need to learn. It's not too difficult of a course but if you let yourself fall behind or procrastinate until you have to rush through a section, odds are your grades will significantly drop.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is rare to find a student who actaully enjoys math. I dread it and would rather do anything else, however this class was totoally different. He made it fun and he helped us in every way he could. He explains things in a way that even I could understand, If I can pass this class, anybody can.

    Course highlights:

There were many highlights but I think my favorite was the grade I got on my final. It wasn't that high to most people, but to me it was great because I tried hard and did my best. That is also what I learned in this course. If you really apply yourself, you may be surprised with what you can actually do.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study. Study, Study. Actually do the homework.
