    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend taking Mr. Monroe's AP Dual credit class. Not only do you gain knowledge from a very good man but you get to get ahead by the time you get to college. If you take both of his dual credit classes you may not need to take anymore English classes in college. And might I add the class itself is free! That's saving nearly $20,000 of college tuition.

    Course highlights:

One of my absolute favorite moments is when we read this poem together as a class. The poem is called "The love song of J. Alfred Prufrock" and the reason why this moment is special to me is because almost anyone can relate to something in this poem. My favorite line in this quote is "I grow old... I grow old...".

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just do your work and listen to Mr. Monroes advice and just listen to him in general. If you keep up with your work then you will fly through his class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Taking dual credit courses are the most valuable things. It allows one to get some college courses out of the way while making it easier for you to transition into College life.

    Course highlights:

Best thing about English dual credit is having the time to learn while writing papers. My English professor would sometimes stop the reading tracks from time to time to discussed the book we were reading. That was the best part and I learned a lot from it. The books were great to, such as Life of Pi and Scarlet Letter.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are not confident in your writing then do not take it. It will become a self fulfilling prophesy if you decide that your writing is not good enough. If you are bad at writing but wish to take the course, then get someone to edit your papers or someone to type it for you. Sometimes your thoughts wont match up together until you have someone else take a look.
