    Psychology is something you need to have a passion for to be successful.

    Course Overview:

    This class is fun and makes one understand some basic psychology.

    Course highlights:

    I learned many things. For example the history of psychology and how it developed to the psychology that is in today's world. Also there are many other basics in many of the other fields of psychology that are taught in PSYCH 101 like developmental psych, social psych, and abnormal psych.

    Advice for students:

    This course is a good introductory course. Keep an open mind and you may find yourself liking the field of psychology.

    Course Overview:

    While it was a very basic psychology class, the material we learned was applied to real life, therefore making the information more relatable.

    Course highlights:

    The most interesting material we covered was regarding mental disorders. We looked at the symptoms and causes of specific mental disorders (depression, ptsd, anxiety, schizophrenia, etc..).

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the online book and copy down important details from notes multiple times, as this is a lecture based class. This allows for multiple viewpoints and explanations.
