    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I definitely recommend this course because Mrs. Tuitasi will prepare you for the rest of high school like no other teacher will. You will learn so many things in that class, not just academically, but all the intangibles.

    Course highlights:

I learned that you must WANT to go the extra mile if you want to be successful. I also learned that the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You must set your priorities straight and keep an agenda of all the assignments you need to complete and their deadlines. This course takes a lot of dedication and time so you must be able to manage your time wisely.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course. It is extremely difficult but you definitely learn so much. At first, people diss the teacher because of the high level of difficulty but when taking the biology state test the next year, everyone thanks her

    Course highlights:

I learned that in biology, it's not just memorizing terms and writing them down. There is a lot of application involved. For example, you can memorize that the mitochondria provides energy to the cell but you need application skills to answer how the lack of that organelle affects the muscle movement in mammals.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Success is achieved through participation. In this course with this teacher, you will need to ask questions. You might be afraid but trust me, ask away. It'll make the course so much easier

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

As much as I would exclaim to everyone that I despised this course, I would honestly admit that it did provide a strong cornerstone with my medical field career endeavor.

    Course highlights:

This course provided with the basic knowledge of biology and in a manner that the information gained will not be easily erased or lost.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would highly emphasize on actually doing your homework and actually time into studying since this course was very challenging.
