Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Pokorny is a wonderful teacher! He really helps students understand different writing techniques and use them in their writings. I wish all teachers cared as much about their students as Mr. Pokorny does.

    Course highlights:

I have never been good at diagraming sentences because I did not understand the sentence structures. Because Mr. Pokorny taught us the different parts of sentences I was able to better my writing skills.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

As long as you listen to the teacher and do your work you will be fine. He is a teacher who cares about his students and will help you with whatever you may need.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is hard, but for people that need it, there is nothing you can really do to get around it. Anyone who takes this course needs to be ready to write about 4-5 papers in one semester.

    Course highlights:

In the one semester, we wrote 4 essays. The first one was 3-5 pages long, the socond one was 5-8, the third one was 8-10, and the fourth one was 10-12 pages long.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The one thing I would really stress is to not wait until last minute to write your essay. Reviewing each essay and taking it to the writing center to have someone else look over it will help strengthen your essay for a better grade.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Murdock is a wonderful teacher, she helps develop ideas and express them.

    Course highlights:

I learned to write without putting the ideas of someone else down or acting as though I was right and they were wrong.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate when writing papers. If you do the work when it is assigned there is ample time to complete a good essay every time.
