    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is extremely practical, as you can use statics in everyday life. Statics is also the backbone to courses such as Dynamics, and Mechanics of Materials.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was learning about joints because basically every design has multiple joints in it. On trusses you can use the method of joints or the method of sections to find the forces acting on each component.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do every homework assignment! Chances are if you do well in the homework, and turn your assignments in on time, you will do well on the tests. Another huge tip is go to class! Statics is an interesting class and there is no reason to miss it.
