    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Schaefer is awesome. He's very funny and relaxed; you'll laugh a lot in his class. Personal Selling teaches you what to do before a sales call, during a sales call, and after a sales call. He gives great examples in his lectures and makes the material easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

The most beneficial thing I learned in this course was how to read body language. We spent a good portion of time dissecting different non verbal cues. We learned how to notice body language and how to determine the causes for particular actions. He also went over 4 different types of personalities, which are driver, analytical, amiable, and expressive.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Professor Schaefer posts all of his power point lectures online with blanks throughout the presentation. The best thing to do is print off the slides and fill in the blanks during lectures.
