    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class. Chris Ellis is a great professor. He is super strict. He has zero tolerance for tardiness or electronics in class. It is a hard class, because there are no homework grades. He grades off of quizzes and tests. However, he is always willing to stay after class to help you figure out what you need. It was definitely one of my harder classes, however, I would still recommend it.

    Course highlights:

Chris Ellis creates his own Stats work book each semester. The book is only like $10. It's cheap. It also shows you step by step what you should be doing. It is an easy to follow work book.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up on time and pay attention. If you get behind it is hard to catch up, because you move on so quickly in class. If you do ask questions, you will do just fine.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is super hard. Even with being able to use notes on the exams, I would run out of time and feel disheartened. The book and notes are not very clear since the chapters are a bit confusing.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot in the first 3 chapters but the last chapters were very confusing and I retained no information from these.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study harder than anytime you have studied previously. This class is very tough and not very understanding to slow learners. Try and take a class were there are study tutors available, because you will need them.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class, no matter the teacher, is going to be hard. The content is difficult. However, the homework is tricky, and the teacher moves very fast and does not answer questions very nicely.

    Course highlights:

I did learn things, but only through a lot of review. I did like that the class was not all about the test. It was equally weighted with homework. She also gave several extra credit opportunities.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to pay attention and then teach yourself. Don't wait until the last minute to learn the material. Also, the homework is on Aplia. There are practice and graded homework. Compare the practice with the graded because they are very similar.
