Pretty easy, overall.
It was a very easy class that was also very informative. Most of the information was interesting and could actually be of use to you. The professor was also very understanding of complications during the class.
I learned to keep a log of all my physical activity as that was one of the monthly assignments. I also learned how to find ones resting heart rate and what his/her heart rate should be after moderate activity.

The class doesn't have weekly tests. Instead he has 5 tests at the end of semester. Don't push them off till the last min. Procrastination will hurt you badly in this class.
