    | Would not recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend it, because there was no help for me. My emails were not adequately answered.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were I could learn on my own, but it takes more time without help.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Get a tutor, especially if you're unsure.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I loved going to MACC because the class sizes were smaller and you had more one on one time with your professors to ask questions within your desired field.

    Course highlights:

I took Medical Terminology, Biology, and Anatomy this past semester. Taking all three at the same time helped me learn and understand each course because they intertwined with one another.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Find out what studying habits work best for you and stick to them! Find others who are as devoted as you and help each other broaden what you learn.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it , because it helps you build a foundation if you plan on moving into a higher level of biology!

    Course highlights:

I've learned about enzymes, the cell cycle, natural selection, DNA replication, parts of the cell and how they work.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students to make sure they study and do not let the contents build up! The more and more you let it build, the harder it is to understand! Even if you study for 15 minutes a day, it helps!
