    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is a requirement at Northwest as a Gen Ed, and is a much easier course than other offerings.

    Course highlights:

I was exposed to a whole new aspect on different cultures than I had ever thought of before.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take advantage of all credit opportunities given. Goudge gives plenty of points to his students, and is always willing to assist in anyway possible.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend Bradley's class partially because he's an easy going professor who will take the time out of his day and talk to you. When you're stressed about the final or recently have done bad on an exam, he will talk you through it and help you move on to improve yourself. I wasn't interested in Geography and it was one of my classes going into the semester I was worried about but with his personality it made me feel welcomed and intrigued to learn.

    Course highlights:

From taking Bradley's course I've learned a lot about the earth and what geographers do on a daily basis. He cracks the basic 'dad jokes' as well and that always helps get through the lecture. I didn't know what science class I was going to take for my second semester but after having him this semester I know I will be signing up for his class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take full advantage of the notes he gives you in class. I know skipping class seems fairly easy and won't have that many consequences but his notes do come in handy. I studied maybe 10-20 minutes a night since day one over maybe one or two pages of notes and by the time the exam came around I was prepared and even got to relax why others were cramming.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Goudge is a really good teacher. He wants you to succeed and will give you multiple opportunities to do so. Take all of those opportunities and study enough, and you are sure to get an A.

    Course highlights:

I loved learning about earthquakes and volcanoes and about earth. I liked that there was a little bit go geology in the mix of it all.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it. It's easy, he is a good teacher, and if you try a little, you will get a good grade.
