    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are not good with numbers like myself, I would be weary of taking this course. It is very difficult if you do not do well with formulas and numbers.

    Course highlights:

I learned that accounting takes an immense amount of patience! I learned how to pay attention to detail and to check and double check amounts and numbers.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You should definitely be ready to learn! You have to be persistent and do not let the course overwhelm you. Make sure you get help because as the chapters continue it gets harder and harder.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course give you very good insight on how companies track their numbers as well as determine what financial changes to be made. I personally enjoyed how the course material was broken down and how the instructor present the information to us.

    Course highlights:

I think my biggest things I learned about throughout this course was how to document transactions as well as how companies determine their net income. The journalizing of goods sold, materials purchased, and few other components was a little bit overwhelming, but it is easy once you get the processes down.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say go in there an open minded and ensure you stay focused throughout the course, so you do not miss any of the steps for the problems. Attention to detail is a big thing for this course; because if one number is wrong it will throw off the rest of your numbers. This course is great for those who want to understand what process are in place to manage inventory, funds, and other aspects for companies.
