Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Honestly, I was nervous about taking this course, I thought it would be very difficult for me to understand. But, I have truly enjoyed this class, it has been interesting and fun...having a great instructor helps too.

    Course highlights:

Basically, I have learned how important it is to understand your customers, what they want, value, or need is the key to meeting their unspoken demands and needs. The more you understand your customers, the more valuable the service or product you produce and deliver to them.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice I could give is to stay on track with your school work. If you are like me, it is easy to get distracted or behind. If you stay on course then you will succeed in this class. Also, ask questions, I asked questions all the time, I asked a lot of questions throughout this course. Good luck to you, I hope you enjoy this course as much as I did.
