    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Quiros is a fantastic professor who cares about her students and is absolutely passionate about history. She doesn't do an attendance grade, but if you want to do well in this course, you have to be in class. Her tests are long and they are challenging so be prepared to read the assigned readings and study for her tests a few days in advance.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much from her class. Her passion for History is infectious and she inspired me to become a History major. I would absolutely recommend taking her class if you want to learn more about history than you ever have before.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You should always go to class because her lectures move quickly. If you have to miss class, get the notes from someone else because you will need them. Dr. Quiros has review sessions the day before her tests and they are very helpful in narrowing down important study topics.
