Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The first day of this class I was scared. The professor came in and was instantly intimidating. She's a no nonsense professor but she is a good teacher. I mean absolutely amazing, one of the best teachers that I've ever had. You have to get use to her personality and some might not like it but she actually cares that her students learn.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of the basics for Stats in this course. And the great thing is, I actually learned them. I didn't just memorize them for the test and then forget them when I turned the test in. The class builds on its self so you have to really ingrain the first chapters into your brain or you can't be successful overall. She allows you a full page as a cheat sheet on every test. You can put anything on it including example, she doesn't check it. Also, the class before the exam she gives you a bonus day where you have the possibility of earning up to ten points on your exam.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Come to class read to learn. Attend class, you can't miss a class and stay ahead. Sit by smart, kind people. Do not ever smart off to the professor or walk in late. She will call you out.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Blackstone, is an awesome professor. You will need to go to class every class meeting to understand the material, which should be common sense for someone to know you need to go to class to understand material. However, she has opened my eyes to Stats and has turned into something I like, and I am now actually considering pursing a career in Business Analytics.

    Course highlights:

Class Meetings were something I really looked forward to. Blackstone made it interesting and fun. I learned a lot because she is very interactive with the class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class everyday and study thoroughly for test.
