    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a great course and Dr. Jerkins is an excellent teacher, however it's very labor- intensive, because you basically learn a new language. It's definitely a course where you get out what you put in, so if you don't put in work, you will not pass.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of the programming language C++.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

DO NOT PROCRASTINATE I promise, if you start a day earlier than you normally would, you will feel much better.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

In CS 155, you will learn how to code in C++, and the fundamentals of coding. It will teach you good coding practices and good organization techniques for your code.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed all of the course, but the best would be learning how to code a choice input in C++. There are infinite possibilities for me to use that, and I think it will be the most useful.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not fall behind on projects. The projects are made to help your learning, but do not be afraid to go to the tutor sessions if you are completely stumped. Or even go to your mentor if you signed up for the new program.
