Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is very fast paced and Dr. Cannon requires a paper every week, and it is all online, which may not be best for students with poor time management skills. There is a lot of reading and not a lot of time to do it. I would recommend taking this class in person with a different professor, especially if you are not a history major and not used to writing a lot of papers.

    Course highlights:

I actually learned very little in this class except that Dr. Cannon gives out way more extra credit than is reasonable. I didn't have time to do the readings so I just read enough to get me through the papers and did not retain much information.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't wait and do the papers last minute. She never accepts late work and if you miss a paper you are pretty much screwed.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

During this course there was great information provided and and everyone needs to learn a bit about history!

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was learning about the beginning of time basically. You got here because of someone else. We have everything in the world today because of someone else in the past doing something spectacular so we could get to where we are now. I love it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be in class everyday and take good notes! Note taking is the key to this course! Also make flash cards for studying.
