Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Gounev builds up from fundamental ideas and doesn't skip over the introductory information. He also provides online study resources and supplementary instruction groups that are very helpful.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basic applications and equations of chemistry and their origins.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Commit to learning the rules for different chapters. Definitely make flashcards and re-watch his lectures.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course especially for anyone pursuing chemistry. The whole science thing wasn't really for me, but I did somewhat enjoy chemistry. Also, if you get the chance I would take this class as a dual-credit in high school which is what I did.

    Course highlights:

I had previously taken Theo Chem in high school and took this course as a dual credit. I learned a lot of the periodic table and and to make different compounds. I am not continuing with my science education because it just wasn't the right fit for me, but I do not regret taking this course at all.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just really study everything and don't leave anything out when you are going over notes or projects. Make sure you include everything when you give answers, because it will hurt you more if you don't include something than it will if you include too much stuff.
