    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I had Dr. Rees, not Drees, as a professor, and she was amazing. She changed the way I think about management.

    Course highlights:

While we couldn't use laptops and had to speak a lot, it was actually a very rewarding experience.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book!! You get quizzed often.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course teaches you about the practicals of leadership with a highly engaging class. Each class there are group discussions over the readings and students are highly encouraged to share their opinions. The course reading material is mostly case studies, so they are interesting and a very great learning tool.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to be an effective leader and how to manage my impression, as well as how to relate to my boss. I learned the qualities of a leader are not dependent on position or title, but rather there are many middle level leaders that have significant influence

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared every week by doing your readings and try to really be honest in your self-reflection on areas you can improve upon.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He is definitely my favorite professor I have ever had. Hands down. He is engaging and makes you think.

    Course highlights:

Lots of socratic sort of teaching, which gets students involved. He actually teaches valuable skills that can be directly applied to real life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do ALL of the work. You're only hurting yourself; learning is what Farmer is all about and he will sniff out any funny business.
