Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Loved it! Was definitely the first course that was somewhat remotely related medically, something that I was keen on as a premed student.
The course name is a very apt description. You learn control systems of the human body, something that will prepare you for the MCAT as well as future courses at the university.

Advice for students:
Really quiz yourself on the topics of lecture and from your notes. The grading system is incredibly rigid. For test, you must get pretty much 24/25 questions to receive an A, something premeds are pretty die-hard about. Keep in mind that this must be repeated for each assessment.
