    Course Overview:

    I would definately recommend this course becsue the material listed on this site was very helpful and it got me to where I needed to go.

    Course highlights:

    It was refreshing to learn about the 8 step change process and how important it is to want change, the steps necessary to make the change and the importance of maintenance of the process that will keep the change in effect.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    I needed a push start in most areas and the information provided by the site really assisted mein being sucessful.

    It gives you the insight of what HR is all about in a very detailed way, even if you do not work in HR!

    Course highlights:

    Understanding people from around the world and the behaviors can be very different, but manageable as a manager.

    3-5 hours

    Really pay attention to his notes, they will help you get an A. Oh as well as any guidance he gives.
