    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Its a great class with a great teacher but if not taken seriously your grade will reflect in no time.

    Course highlights:

I gained a stronger knowledge of general chemistry. Some of which I learned in high school but very little. This course explains in much greater detail and a lot of math and formulas are involved.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

When attending class, sit up close as it is hard to hear everything in detail from the back. Attend the class all the time as you will miss when quizzes will be given and important information is explained by the professor. Study a little every week as the tests are on 2-3 chapters.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it to those who really want to learn the material, but not to those who expect to receive help from the professor outside of the classroom.

    Course highlights:

I feel like I learned everything in the first half of the textbook on a sufficient level. You have to in order to well in the course. Thermochemistry was the hardest thing for me, but there are plenty of study tools to help with that, as well as classmates.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to dedicate time to study and do homework.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

He understand that chemistry is hard for most and is always willing to help.

    Course highlights:

LOTS of demos during lectures. His notes are great and interactive, really easy to follow.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Homework is a little tough and the exams are relatively tough as well.
