Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If this is a required course for you, or you need an elective, I would definitely recommend this course with this professor. She is very educated, and very passionate about her teachings, and that makes the class so much more enjoyable.

    Course highlights:

I really am not a history fan, but I learned so much in this class. The professor helped the learning process by showing videos throughout the lecture, and it really made history so much more interesting to me. To be able to actually see what the professor was talking about made it so much easier to understand.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend going back over the lectures after each class to help you remember the information that was taught. Also take a look at all of the study materials she provides, not just lecture notes because there are always extra credit question on the tests that come from the additional study materials.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I have learned so much in this course and it is not very difficult. There are notecards due every class period, but it is only a question or comment that you might have from the chapter. All of the tests are open book and the majority of the grade is 4 papers that only have to be three pages.

    Course highlights:

I have learned what a primary analysis is and how to write it. I have also learned how to enjoy a history class because Dr. Williams does not require memorization of dates and names.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your notecards! They count for more than you think and it is an easy grade if you put in a little effort. Also do not start your paper the night before. Research your paper at least a couple of days ahead and it will not be difficult to write.
