    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because I believe that Carroll College has great resources to enhance learning experiences.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were having amazing lab aids and being able to study human anatomy on an actual human cadaver.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely read the book!!! Also, do not put off studying til the last minute. Go into lab during study hours and get help.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class has a lecture section and a lab section so I had a different lab instructor than lecture professor. My lecture professor was very unorganized and told us personal excuses that shouldn't interfere with our studies. My lab instructor was beyond amazing, I learned so much more in the lab because of her. So I would recommend this class because it teaches the students to be more on their own and it's crazy how much information I attained!

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were definitely in the laboratory. I like to be able to touch and see first hand when I learn, so when I got to feel around a real cadaver's brain and muscles, I felt like I stimulated a part of my brain that obtained the information better. I won't forget a lot of the things I learned which will help me throughout my chosen career path.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you decide to take this class, I think it would help to print out notes that Dr. Eckel gives online to take notes on in lecture because she goes through the material very fast and repeats a lot of the stuff she already gave online. Also, this goes for every class in college, do not procrastinate. Take a little bit of time every day to look over the material, it helps the information stick better for the exam day!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Everyone should know how their body works!

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about what it takes to go into the medical field and all the different systems in the body!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to put in a ton of work and a lot of hours studying.
