    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course really was the class that sparked my passion in film and confirmed in my heart that this was what I wanted to do with my life. Before taking the class, I was just using it as a option and wasn't necessarily as passionate about my dreams.

    Course highlights:

The class material were a wide variety of horror films and wasn't just the cliche films that everyone knows. We saw popular ones, old black and whites, foreigns, gory, thriller etc. We were taught to see the importance in each horror film and why a film is made the way it is.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Take it even if you are on the fence or don't like horror films. This will make you appreciate the film genre so much and look at films differently. Even if you aren't a film major, you'll come out of the class with a much better understanding of the art and passion that goes into filmmaking.
