    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was my first college class, and so far my hardest. After being in class for three hours a day seven days a week I easily had another three to four hours of homework if not more. Writing is one of my favorite things to do. This class really tested all of the writing skills that I learned in high school.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this class were when peers read my papers and helped me fix what was wrong with it before the professor graded it. There are many different things that I learned in this class from the basics of writing to proofreading and noticing yourself what can be changes to make the paper better.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

What you need to get through this class is pay attention in class, take notes if you need to. Do not wait till the last minute to do the assignments, he will be able to tell who put the time and effort into them. The biggest thing that you need to know about this course is, do not be afraid to ask questions. Sometimes asking the professor you do not get the answer that you need so ask the other people who are in the class with you.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This specific class I am not sure that I would recommend it. although I learned a lot from it, it was a very difficult class. At times the professor was why I had a problem, but throughout the class I learned to understand how he taught.

    Course highlights:

Some of the things that I have learned from this class was how to make time for homework. I also learned how to write a good paper in APA format. The third thing that I have learned from this class was I can accomplish anything as long as I am willing to put the time and energy into it.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

This class can get confusing so if you have any problems the best thing to do is go to his office hours. When readings are assigned make sure that you actually read them and understand what is going so you can participate in group discussions and get the points to pass the class.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is very challenging and you will be learning different writing styles and able to express yourself in various types of short stories and essays.

    Course highlights:

One of my favorite parts of this course was being able to do whole class peer-editing workshops when critiquing our major papers that were due throughout the course. It helped me as a student being able to read other people's work because I picked up on different styles and was able to compare it to my own writing style.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

First and most obvious tip is to NOT stress out during this course. As long as you do not procrastinate and work on your papers piece by piece every night, you should have plenty of time to make sure your work has great quality and will have more time for editing.
