Christian Bahn is a great professor and a great guy. Very rewarding course

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Chemistry is the basic science that every undergraduate has to take that are involved in a science program in any shape or form. This class has helped me a lot and the professor is great. This course is just a great course to have for a background in.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the teaching styles, it was great to have bahn explain it well to college kids. What I learned from here is that even though you may think you are good at chemistry, you will still need to work hard at every section. I have grown how to like chemistry and how to do simple conversions like a boss

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice I would give to students is that study a lot in this class. If you don't get a subject go ask for help because everything builds on its self. Also, think of the equations and the math problems as a huge algebra problem it really helps.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a mandatory course for Engineering, so I had to take it, but with hundreds of students in each section, it was really hard to get help when it was needed, and as many of the students took it as general education, many people didn't really want to be there.

    Course highlights:

The lectures were all posted online, which really helped when I was studying for tests. If there had been a week where your notes weren't fantastic, you can go back and check to make sure you have it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to the review sessions! Bahn, who writes the tests, does them and there are many questions that are almost verbatim from the tests.
