    Course Overview:

    Gamble was a great professor who really tried to help us learn the material. This course provides a lot of useful information whether for your future career, or just for life in general.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about what a healthy lifestyle looks like. I now know the basics of keeping myself healthy, and helping others do the same.

    Advice for students:

    Take notes, do the study guide, go to class (attendance points are big!).

    You will learn all about the importance of nutrition and how it is directly related to your health.
