    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class because it is the basic building block for all writing fundamentals. You learn how to write in MLA and APA, which is useful because in high school you usually only write in MLA but in college the professors expect you to write in APA for everything. It also goes into more detail about how to structure sentences as well as how those sentences should be read.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to write and cite properly in MLA and APA. I also learned how to expand my knowledge of citing articles and websites correctly. There were lessons on what verbs and adverbs should be used and not used when, where and in what structure. Finally, I learned how to present my work in a portfolio that is important necessity to have in college.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate when it comes to writing these papers. Also, use the writing center as much as possible because they will tell you what you did wrong and how to help you fix those errors. Also pay attention to what the professor hands out in class and keep those because those will be helpful in future courses.
