Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this course because it will help you not only prepare yourself for college classes but also help you understand more about the world.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were learning about many things that I didn't know and getting a background on what this course is like. I learned that Sociology is the study of the collective behavior, development, structure and functioning of social institutions and organized groups.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest taking your time and fully doing each assignment. Throughly reading and understanding help you understand what is going on. Studying is major. If you don't study you may end up failing the class.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend this course for somebody who isn't going into a sociology related major. During this class I often found myself not paying attention because the material was either hard to follow or boring.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights of the class was this was the first class I had ever taken where the class was broadcasted to other community colleges in the area. It was sent with a live feed where we could communicate and have discusses with other students from different schools.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you were considering taking this course, make sure you have some interest in sociology. You won't take the time in studying if you aren't passionate about learning it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class was very good l in helping one understand social patterns of many different social classes. It also broke down morality in respected parts of the world. This class is truly worth your time and would definitely benefit you and your quest for higher learning.

    Course highlights:

The class discussions were a highlight in my experience. I really enjoyed being able to interact on sensitive topics with my classmates. I learned that if there is a classmate that i disagree with then there is a was to resolve conflict by simply explaining both sides and trying to understand each others point of view.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you read the chapters throughly and take notes. Really know the vocabulary and terms.
