    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I had to take it for my psychology major but doing a math related course online was a major struggle for me! In my case, understanding all of the different terms and formulas and knowing when to use it resulted in a big learning curve. Just reading the text and trying to figure out the lessons on my own, especially when each chapter builds upon the next was no easy task. I do much better when there are easy to understand examples so having something like course hero to explain a particular concept was very helpful!

    Course highlights:

Knowing what statistical measurement to use for a particular study is helpful for future courses where setting up an experiment or reading someone else's research comes into play.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go through the exercises at the end of the chapter and make sure you understand the basic principles of the unit before moving on. Ask questions because getting behind makes future assignments and tests much more difficult!
