Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is amazing, primarily because I believe everyone should learn psychology at some point, but the way Professor Brady lectures this introductory class gives the class so much more meaning. She has this powerful way of making sure the students are responsible for their work and their grades by letting them be in control of earning the grade rather than being assigned a grade. This really helps motivate students to work hard for their grade, and makes this class really worth it.

    Course highlights:

You learn a lot about the basics of psychology such as biology of the brain, types of learning, the many different people who helped found modern psychology, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this class, you have to keep up with the work. It honestly isn't a lot of work, but you can easily overlook a few things if you are not paying attention to quiz dates and assignment dates. You also need to read, that is a mistake I made, reading is very important in this class as she teaches the content after you take the quiz, so you are responsible for learning the content for the quiz on your own.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I took this class my junior year in high school as a dual credit course. The content was excellent and I fully enjoyed what I learned, which was a lot.

    Course highlights:

I learned the parts of the brain and the hormones that control human psychology. I also learned about various mental disorders, habitual patterns, and lots of vocabulary.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make a lot of flashcards to help with the vocabulary. Remember to have fun and enjoy what you do learn.
