    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This was a good course although it is quite intensive. Your overall grade depends on the sum of your four assignments which is really hard.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about how vitamins react to your body.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I definately regret not putting in more time and effort as this was a pretty tough course you cover a lot of subject matter in a small time frame you really ought to go back and look through the book as long as revise your material as each chapter picks up from where the last lesson left off. Having a firm knowledge of previous subject matter is very important. Also the professor wasn't that great he did give good real world scenarios which help you get the bigger picture but not very helpful come exam time. Study with a group/ another person this helps so much. Go into office hours the professor is really great at helping you understand material. Youtube "fun" ways to grasp the subject matter.
