    This class is a great way to get introductory knowledge for Java programming.

    Course highlights:

    It was learning the basics of Java programming, which I really value to this day.

    If you're struggling to finish the homework, don't be afraid to visit the Computer Science Learning Center for help!

    Course Overview:

    I believe that having at least a small amount of knowledge in Computer Programming is essential in our technology filled society. This class provides a good foundation if you are planning on programming the rest of your life or just want an understanding of how computers function.

    Course highlights:

    The main goal of the course is to learn a basis of how computers function and how to write a computer program in Java.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Absolutely do not wait until the last minute to complete assignments, as that sets you up for failure. Make sure you utilize the tutor center at the PKI building and communicate problems with your professor.
