Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The amount of material you learn is a lot, but you actually learn. She teaches in a way that's new, exciting, informational, and interactive. She has strict rules you have to go by in order to succeed and it helps you not only to be organized and accountable in her class but the other classes you're enrolled in.

    Course highlights:

We learned about all the bones, muscles, tissues, and how they all worked together. Why the body performs or doesn't perform the way it does. How it relates to exercise and everyday activity.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the mastery's right when you get them, one a day and don't put it off. Do you homework everyday.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The way she taught it was exciting and hands on. I learned and retained more in this class than any class ever before.

    Course highlights:

Tissues, muscles, bones, and the physiology of how it all works together. Cool facts like you need calcium to flex but you need energy to un-flex, when you don’t have atp to do that that’s a cramp.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do as she says, print off the PowerPoints, take notes on them, do your masteries everyday, do all the studying and homework asked of you and you will for sure pass.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course cause it gives students a great feel for the field of exercise science. With a great professor students really enjoy it.

    Course highlights:

Learning more about different bodily functions. How everything works together to make the body do the things that it does so efficiently.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention. Take notes. Go in for tutoring if you feel a little behind. Ask a lot of questions because it will really help in the long run.
