    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This course focused on how to apply the material to practical situations. The material that we learn in class is useful. This class get you well-prepared for the hospitality field.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course is that you will learn everything how to be a good front desk employee, from how AAA rate a hotel to how to deal with customers. Front desk department is like the brain of a hotel, they are the ones who give first impression and interact with guests the most.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    If you are major in hospitality or hotel management, you are require to take this class. However, you would enjoy this class I'm sure.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The instruction was super nice, replied email fast and was willing to help us understand all the assignment. He made all the instructions clear and easy to understand, and he also gave great feedback!

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to deal with the customer's complaint, and also have knowledge of every department's duties.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do not miss any assignment or discussion questions, all the points will affect your grade, and also make sure to study the exam notes that the instructor gives, It will be helpful on test.
